The Challenge

The content engine was working. It was also eating the founder alive. The founder personally spent 10 hours a week, roughly 40 hours a month, on original content research, writing, and performance review. At the opportunity cost of a principal-grade operator, the manual workflow represented a six-figure annual drag on the business. More importantly, it was the ceiling on their single best growth lever.

The brand had real audience and real reach. What it didn't have was leverage. Viral moments would happen. Traffic would spike. Almost none of it converted, because there was no mechanism to capture intent in the 24 to 48 hours before attention moved on.     Drafting agent returning scored content variants graded against predicted performance via RAG retrieval. When a published post crossed a defined threshold, agentic workflows spun up a bespoke lead magnet and landing page tied to the topic in real time. Traffic that would otherwise evaporate got captured.
